FOREST & BIRD GOLDEN BAY MEMBERSHIP
The Royal Forest and Bird Protection Society (Inc) [Forest & Bird] is a registered incorporated society having a national membership of 38,000, with 53 branches throughout New Zealand. Local Golden Bay membership has 81 members.There are 34 members in our junior organization, the Golden Bay Kiwi Conservation Club. Each member may include a whole family.
The Friends of Mangarakau Swamp Inc. have a membership of approximately 200 members. The membership fee is $10, which entitles members to use of the Lodge (known by members as our Field Centre).
